We are looking for a Legal Intern in our Legal team to join us on this exciting journey

Your mission

As our Legal Intern at Prewave, you will
- Be responsible for the initial review and drafting of customer contracts
- Support our Legal Team in establishing internal processes
- Maintain our existing customer database
- Conduct research on upcoming European sustainability due diligence legislation
- Support with many ad-hoc tasks designated to the Legal Team of a fast growing tech start-up

**Profile**:
Must haves
- Final year Law student or a recent graduate (Austrian or German university)
- Experience in Commercial Law and GDPR
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
- Organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Self-initiative and eagerness to learn
- Team spirit and interest for a start-up environment
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Austria

Bonus points for
- Experience with B2B Software-as-a-Service contracts and Copyright Law
- Negotiation skills / customer-facing skills
- Technical acumen
- Experience with CRM tools

For this internship we offer EUR 1,600 EUR gross per month on a full-time basis, with the willingness to overpay based on your qualifications and experience.
