Tasks - Project Management: Leading projects using agile practices and prioritising tasks within the Squad team. - Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the interface between stakeholders, including communication with other teams and reporting to management. You will also support Jessica, our Head of Consulting DACH, in client meetings and collaborate with her and other Squad Leads globally to continuously improve consulting processes. - Concept Development: Developing innovative concepts and solutions for brands across various industries, with a clear focus on fostering long-term customer loyalty and driving digital transformation, particularly in the Digital-in-Store domain. - Support and Consultancy: Collaborating with the team to solve complex challenges, implementing product visions, and driving ongoing projects forward. You enjoy proactively advising the sales team within the squad budget framework and supporting them in developing customer-centric strategies. - Optimisation and Improvement: Enhancing workflows and refining existing processes. - Team Leadership and Coaching: Leading your committed "Cool Mice" team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You take responsibility for resource planning, the continuous development, and motivation of your team members, and ensuring they can perform at their best. - Budget Responsibility: Preparing project estimates, managing cost allocations, and providing proactive guidance to ensure projects stay on budget. **Requirements**: At Grassfish, we believe in growing and exploring new depths.
