As a Courier Communications Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our communication with courier partners, ensuring they receive a world-class experience throughout their Wolt journey. This position demands a blend of creativity, writing expertise, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. You’ll need a proactive mindset, a hands-on approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with operations specialists, the broader country team, and external partners.

**What you'll be doing**
- Crafting and optimizing courier engagement content using internal tools, including newsletters, in-app messages, push notifications, chatbots, and web pages.
- Maintaining and editing web pages to provide an outstanding courier experience.
- Streamlining processes, procedures, and communication channels for improved efficiency.
- Monitoring courier performance metrics and overseeing funnel execution.
- Guiding new courier applicants through the onboarding process.
- Managing direct communication with courier partners, including handling inquiries, creating information materials, and maintaining the inbox.
- Supporting daily operations and ad-hoc tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in communication roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Literature, or equivalent experience.
- Background in customer
- or people-oriented roles, especially in online communication.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience creating engaging content for wide audiences (e.g., blogs, newsletters).
- Ability to conceptualize, improve, and execute ideas collaboratively.
- Empathy and motivation skills, with a knack for building rapport with courier partners.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured, reliable, and responsible work style.
- A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Fluency in English and German.
