**Your Tasks**:
In this position, you will actively support our Skin Care Marketing team for Austria and Eastern Europe by expanding and demonstrating your business know-how.
- You organize events and product shipments (e.g. samples to other Eastern European countries)
- You support the labels localization
- You prepare packshots and are responsible for asset localizations (working with our external agency)
- You are in the lead of sales samples/office samples availability
- You create competitor media drives
- You track launches and campaigns
- You maintain internal product information library and take care of operational cross-functional requests
- You create presentations (e.g media campaign summaries) and support with ad-hoc analysis
- You translate and brief eCommerce assets

**Your Profile**:

- Ongoing or completed University studies with a specialization in marketing, advertising, consumer behaviour or market research
- High interest in working in an international work environment and ability to handle and organize the interests of different stakeholders at the same time
- Open, flexible and stress resistant personality that takes on responsibility and has a passion for success and challenges
- Team Player with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
- High affinity to skin care and fast-moving consumer goods industry
- The long-term ambition of a career in the field of Marketing
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent English and German skills, further Easter European languages are advantageous
