We are looking for two interns to join our User Experience (UX) Research team. In this **4-month internship**, you will learn how to run effective research studies and generate meaningful insights for internal and external stakeholders. You will be part of shaping the health and fitness states of millions of users and will also have the chance to work with adidas peers on joint projects. **You’ll contribute by**: - Collaborating with two senior researchers on defining research questions and deriving action plans towards execution - Being part of highly complex projects involving teams of multiple disciplines, such as Product Management, Product Design and Software Engineering - Running your own operative research studies from inception to completion - Supporting Product teams with identifying research methodologies, as well as conducting and analysing research (e.g. usability testing, interviews and surveys) - Expanding our Product teams’ knowledge of our users and their behaviors in our apps - Preparing tangible outputs (e.g. slide deck) after analysing research findings **What makes you the right match**: - Student or recent graduate in User Experience Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human-Machine Interaction, or a related field - Ideally, experience with identifying research methods and analysis of research results - Affinity for sports and health-related topics - Passionate about serving users and stakeholders - Strong communication skills to present research findings to non-research stakeholders - Excellent English skills - Proficiency in _MS Office_ and _G Suite_ (usability testing tools such as _UserZoom_ (_Go_) are a plus) - Valid work permit for Austria **About Runtastic**: - 6 weeks of paid vacation (instead of the Austrian standard of 5 weeks) - Brand new offices with plenty of space for creativity and informal meetings - Working café, terrace, and a play zone with table soccer for the well-deserved breaks - Ongoing company parties and sponsored team events - Quarterly "days of new ideas" (DONI) to try out new concepts & work with a variety of team members - Holistic health package including subsidized massages, free psychological support, and health screenings - Free fitness activities like running and yoga, free gym access, as well as a calisthenics park on the rooftop terrace in Linz - Budget for participating in sports events - Fresh fruit and vegetables, healthy snacks, ice cream, and beverages all day long - All-team breakfast, provided by the company, every 2 weeks - Visa sponsorship (incl. assistance from our in-house experts) and relocation package Nationalities **41** Number of employees **280** Proud part of And here’s the fine print: Our salary for this internship is EUR 1.130 gross per month.
