Senior Staff Specialist Product Management

In your new job you will:

- **Manage operational & tactical business activities **to drive a selected consumer (e.g. Home Appliances, Lighting) and/or Industrial business (e.g. Industrial drives, Bare die) for released CoolMOS and CoolSiC MOSFETs products within the product line “High Voltage (HV)”
- **Understand & explore the market **, develop a clear understanding of the Consumer and Industrial market, customers and competitors e.g. market trends, customer strategies, competitor tactics
- **Be responsible for the deployment **of strategic product positioning of your product portfolio
- **Contribute to the HV pricing strategy **and support pricing negotiations (e.g. annual negotiations and daily price requests)
- **Monitor relevant business analytics **and **KPIs **(e.g. product/customer profitability, revenue development, level of order cancellations)
- **Regularly report business & market development **to internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Product Line Head)
- **Support capacity planning **by driving demand planning for your product portfolio
- **Generate high quality promotion content **, be responsible for right content in conjunction with stakeholder teams (e.g. customer presentations, fighting guides)
- **Define training requirements **, contribute to roll-out plan and generate training content for your product portfolio (e.g. create eLearnings, hold internal and external webinars)
- **Enable in-time information sharing **towards internal stakeholders e.g. regional marketing, sales, distribution marketing, supply chain or quality in order to drive the overall “go-to-market” for your product portfolio
- **Support product life cycle management activities **in commercialization phase (e.g. product discontinuation, product transfer projects)

You describe yourself as a proactive, self-driven character who combines technical and business know-how with marketing knowledge. You feel attracted by new ways and novel solutions and want to make a real impact.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A university degree in Business Administration **, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or similar (or several years of relevant work experience)
- **A high level of proficiency in MS Excel **and MS PowerPoint
- **Fluent English skills **, German as a plus
- **Team playing **and **strong interpersonal & communication skills**:

- **The ability to work independently **, in a structured and accurate manner
