The company currently employs over 12,500 people globally across our production facilities in Austria (Leoben, Fehring) and plants in India (Nanjangud), China (Shanghai, Chongqing) and Korea (Ansan near Seoul). Continual international expansion has also resulted in the development of a new high-end production facility for IC Substrates that is currently being built in Kulim, Malaysia. **Head of Procurement Excellence (f/m/d)**:
As the Head of Procurement Excellence, you will be responsible for defining and implementing procurement procedures and processes across all AT&S sites globally. In addition, you will also be responsible for on-going improvement of our Procure-to-Pay project in order ensure successful execution of key procurement digital transformation initiatives and achieve planned impact.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Continuous improvement, standardization and harmonization of AT&S Procurement systems such as Procure-to-Pay processes, commodity strategies, contract management and compliance, supplier performance and risk management, and supply chain flexibility
- Define the framework for developing business relationships with strategic suppliers
- Drive the successful implementation of the AT&S Purchasing Center of Excellence and contribute to company sustainability goals and supply chain risk mitigation
- Lead AT&S Procurement Digital transformation and Procurement toolbox
- Provide procurement training to our employees to ensure full compliance across all AT&S sites and locations
**Your Profile**:
- 10+ years purchasing systems management experience in a high volume production environment (Automotive, Semiconductors, PCB)
- Master's degree in Business, Procurement or Supply Chain
- Extensive knowledge of best-in-class Purchasing systems and Supply Chain management processes (experience in IATF 16949 compliance is a plus)
- Strong leadership and team management experience with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels with an ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 80.000;
