One TEAM
The individual is representing the GBS/DWS Workplace Services locally and manages all involved subcontractors across the IFM scope of service.

General
Provide a proactive approach to develop good working relationships with all involved parties

Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements as required

Ensure a professional image of JLL is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times

Client/Stakeholder Management
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met and exceeded

On-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client’s premises

Human Experience

Asset Management / Administration
Raise purchase orders in SAP /JDE

Support WEL with assets audit preparation

Tag new assets/ FADO preparation

Event Management / Meeting Room Support
Prepare and coordinate for P&G info meetings, announcements

Manage the technical equipment (Audio visuals)

Coordinate technical equipment, communication and documentation before and during the actual event

Green Room hardware/software support

Procurement & Vendor Management
Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time, within budget and according to P&G’s HS&E guidelines

Ensure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle best practice

Contracts Management
Partnership with Sourcing, plan and manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs

Ensure expiry of contracts are well-monitored and re-procurement is initiated if needed

Ensure contracts are continually assessed to deliver best value to the client

Finance Management / Cost Control / Profitability
Raise purchase orders
