**Application Manager - Payment (f/m/x)**:
Our client is an international IT service provider who focuses on supporting the operation of banks and insurance companies. With a sophisticated infrastructure of data centres and networks, our customer operates information and communication technology. To support the existing team, we are currently looking for a passionate **Application Manager - Payment (f/m/x)** **in Vienna.

**These exciting tasks are waiting for you**:

- You work in a team on the functional and technical support of the SWIFT solution
- Actively coordinate directly with customers and suppliers
- Maintain relationships with partners and other SWIFT service bureaus
- Be responsible for updates and technical changes
- Be the contact person for audits
- Answer complex requests from users
- Develop technical concepts in cooperation with other teams
- Be the first point of contact for escalation
- SWIFT is continuously evolving: you work in a team on projects to improve the SWIFT solution, e.g. ISO20022
- You are part of a team that you actively support

**Your experience so far**:

- Min. 2 years of professional experience in SWIFT and/or payments environment
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- You like to work in a team
- You like to communicate in a team and with customers
- Basic knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems is an advantage
- High willingness to learn and work independently
