Senior Manager Analog Mixed Signal Layout

In your new role you will:
- **Lead an international team of experts **for mixed signal layout for converters and subsystems
- Contribute to **define and execute the strategy of the department**:
- **Coordinate layout development activities **in cooperation with the Project Manager
- **Act as a quality gate **for developed layouts, physical verification and documentation
- **Contribute to continues improvements **of the layout methodology regarding tools, methodology, guidelines to ensure efficiency and quality of the layout implementation process
- Be responsible to **develop the skill-set of the team**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- **A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering **or comparable
- **More than 5 years of experience **in analog mixed signal layout
- Solid **understanding of analog/mixed-signal IC design flows**:
- **Strong leadership skills **to lead a diverse team and interact with international project teams
- **Very good communication capabilities **with the ability to communicate openly and clearly
- **Agile mindset **and stress resistant
- **Fluent English skills **with German as a plus
