To enhance our successful Business & Operational Excellence Team at our Headquarters in Leoben (AT) we are seeking to fill the newly created position with an experienced

**Program Manager (f/m/d)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide specific trainings related to the process, product or development to other employees.
- Good understanding on the market demand for technologies/features needed and self-driven roadmap proposal on developments required
- Responsible for dedicated development clusters required to support new customer qualifications but also expand current capabilites
- Establish clear technology roadmaps together with other Program Managers, R&D, Sales Engineering and NPI
- Communicaton with internal and external customers, suppliers of equipments, chemicals and materials. Alignment with other AT&S plants whereever applicable
- Interlink between the NPI Managers or Sales Engineering/PE on new technology requirements of key customers
- Proposals and specification of new equipments or technologies in alignment to the AT&S strategy with focus HTB
- Responsible for all resources within the project, the planning, controlling and completion of the project as agreed in the project plan. Use of tools, templates as aligned with the project portfolio management.

**Your Profile**:

- MA in the field of Business, Sustainability, Environment or similar field
- 10+ years of experience in a similar position in a complex industrial environment (PCB and Semicon industry considered a plus)
- Good knowledge of International certifications experience in project/program management techniques, tools and methods
- Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills to liaise with opinion leaders and coordinate multiple functions/teams
- Ability to take on responsibility, ownership and to work independently
- Strong program management skills, strategy development and deployment skills, communications skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional language considered a plus)

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 60.000;
