**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Identification of new generation of payment solutions or major market developments in the cashless payment domain with relevance for OMV providing appropriate advice to the Senior Management Team
- Manage selection and sourcing process of a state of the art bank card acceptance set-up in OMV’s international retail network while covering the chain from terminals to payment providers and schemes both for card present and not present. Responsible for measuring and monitoring the results of those activities.
- Negotiating and deciding the merchant acquiring fees, considering its impact on the country P&Ls
- Advising on cashless payment process optimization and procedural changes; supervise implementation across all countries
- Analyzing setup based on legal changes across all European countries in regards of cashless payments and develop relevant implementation scenarios
- Enabling best practice sharing across countries and teams in the payment domain and identifying industry best practices for manned and unmanned retail operations

**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Strategy, IT Service Management or Project Management
- At least 7 years of working experience, ideally partly in the area of project management
- You have extensive experience in the area of national & international fuel and bank card business as well as in Change Management
- Extensive analytical skills for understanding complex processes and a proven track record of successful networking in an international matrix organization
- Clear target orientation and a strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good English language skills
