**About zerothird**

We're now hiring a Sales Assistant to join our Vienna office. This role is key in ensuring our sales and operational activities run smoothly and professionally — with a strong focus on supporting our growing customer base and helping close deals.

**Key Responsibilities**
You’ll provide day-to-day support for the sales team and management — ensuring everything from scheduling and travel to sales documents and event logistics is always under control. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment, enjoys coordination, and wants to be close to cutting-edge sales activity.

Sales & Admin Coordination
- Schedule meetings with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Prepare documents for sales calls, including pitch decks, offers, and briefings
- Support follow-ups after meetings to ensure momentum toward closing

Sales Process Support
- Help maintain sales documentation in our CRM tool, including contracts, contact lists, and trackers
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables during ongoing sales cycles
- Assist with lead generation activities (e.g. research, contact preparation, follow-ups)

Travel & Event Planning
- Organize travel logistics for the sales team (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
- Support zerothird’s participation in events, conferences, and trade shows
- Prepare event materials and help coordinate customer demos and meetings

Expense & Office Management
- Track and process travel and business expenses
- Ensure team schedules, tools, and calendars are aligned

**We seek**
- 5+ years of experience in an assistant, coordinator, or sales support role
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with modern digital tools
- Communicative, friendly, and proactive
- Motivation to support high-stakes, high-tech sales processes

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2.809,52 per month (based on full-time employment) according to the collective agreement. However, there is a willingness to offer a higher salary depending on experience and qualifications.
