**Your territory**

As part of our Organic Marketing team, you will:

- Regularly monitor and maintain all websites and internet properties under your influence, ensuring updates, troubleshooting, and technical improvements to enhance functionality and user experience
- Manage and optimize the core technical health of our websites from an SEO perspective
- Monitor, analyze, and report on search engine rankings and website performance metrics, implementing data-driven strategies to boost SEO performance
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline SEO workflows, including content optimization, keyword clustering, and technical audits
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and AI-driven changes like SGE (Search Generative Experience), optimizing for AI-powered SERP features (e.g., featured snippets, AI-generated overviews)
- Analyze backlink opportunities, conduct link-building campaigns, and audit backlinks for disavowal, while identifying opportunities for reviews and promotions on relevant websites
- Monitor and optimize Tractive’s Apple App Store and Google Play Store presence
- Collaborate with our Organic Marketing team to continuously improve SEO and content marketing strategies while identifying growth opportunities
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

**Your profile**

Key requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with an understanding of content management systems (WordPress)
- Strong grasp of technical SEO concepts, including indexation, crawl budget, and website efficiency
- Experience with AI and automation tools for SEO (e.g., AI-driven content optimization, automated reporting, machine-learning-based SEO insights)
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog
- Deep knowledge of Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, and other relevant tools
- Strong understanding of technical and content optimization strategies, with a commitment to continuous learning in the ever-evolving SEO landscape
- Experience with affiliate marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage SEO projects from start to finish
- Excellent written and spoken English skills

**Salary range**

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 45.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
