For our sales team in Croatia we are looking for your support as "Area Sales Manager Electro and Kitchen Retail (M/F/d) - Croatia".

**Responsibilities**:

- Active care and support of B2B customers in the electro-retail and kitchen-retail business in Croatia & Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Coordination, liaison and support of the responsible sales area
- Assessment, selection and development of distribution partners
- Contribution of market specific feedback, analysis and continual improvement of existing business activity
- Technical product training and product placement with the distribution-partners
- Cooperation in the review of regional marketing concepts

**Qualifications**:

- Successfully completed commercial and/or technical education
- Several years of experience in Sales, ideally in the area of MDA
- Croatian as native language. Basic communication skills in English is an advantage.
- Assertive individual with strong negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and multi-cultural competence
- Able to work mobile and independently in a structured manner
