**Aufgaben**:

- Steuerung des Recruiting Prozesses (Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen, Vorselektion von Bewerbungen, Schriftverkehr mit Bewerber:innen, Durchführung der Vorstellungsgespräche, Active Sourcing)
- Durchführung von Personalmarketingmaßnahmen im Rahmen des Employer Brandings wie z.B. Betreuung von Exkursionen, Organisation einer Schnitzeljagd, Zusammenstellung von Goodie Paketen
- Unterstützung bei Social Media Auftritten und Kampagnenerstellung
- Aktive Unterstützung bei People & Culture Projekten im internationalen Kontext (Österreich und Südosteuropa)
- Erstellen individueller Entwicklungspläne im Rahmen des Potentialmanagements sowie Abstimmung von Schulungen und Schulungsreihen
- Umsetzung der generalistischen Personalthemen wie z.B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Arbeitszeugnissen, Austrittsgesprächen sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Erstellung von personalrelevanten Auswertungen und Statistiken anhand konzerninterner Tools
- Kreative und organisatorische Unterstützung bei der Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Workshops
- Unterstützung in der Personaladministration
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den zentralen People & Culture Partner:innen zur Sicherstellung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Konzernstandards und Prozessen

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt People & Culture / Human Resources oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen Funktion
- Gute EDV Kenntnisse / MS Office 365 Produkten
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise inklusiver Umsetzungskompetenz sind erforderlich
- Loyalität und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Motivation, neue Herausforderungen anzunehmen sowie eine zielorientiere und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise runden ihr Profil ab
