**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Mit Leidenschaft und Engagement setzen wir auf den Erhalt und Ausbau unserer Innovations
- und Technologieführerschaft. Unsere Idee ist es, kontinuierlich die aktuellsten Pfade der technologischen Entwicklung zu betreten. Als Teil unseres Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Identifikation, Bewertung, Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Technologien im Bereich der Automatisierung in der Baubranche. Dazu zählen folgende Aufgaben:

- Analysieren verschiedener Technologien zur Automatisierung in Hinblick auf die Relevanz im Doka Portfolio
- Entwicklung von Antriebssystemen im Schalungs-, Gerüst
- und Ingenieurbau
- Auslegung der Mess-, Steuerungs
- und Regelungstechnik
- Entwicklung von Softwarelösungen von automatisierten Prozessen
- Technologierecherche und Ergebnisaufbereitung
- Erstellung von Prototypen, Durchführung von Prototypentests und Auswertungen
- Support bei der Erstellung von Business Cases
- Unterstützung in Produktentwicklungsprojekten
- Projektmanagement für Entwicklung und Überleitung zur Serienfertigung von Systembauteilen

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder HTL Ausbildung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Ingenieurwesen oder verwandte Bereiche
- Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik in Branchen wie beispielsweise Landmaschinentechnik o.ä.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse Programmiersprache Structured Text, idealerweise in B&R Automation Studio
- Projektmanagement-Skills von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen

Für diese Position wird ein **marktkonformes Gehalt** geboten, das sich an der spezifischen Qualifikation und der entsprechenden Berufserfahrung orientiert.

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das Mindestjahresbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (Holzindustrie) 35.728 EUR.
