The purpose of the Corporate Customers Division is to enable the Bank’s **Mission/Vision/Values **through establishing a successful management of the Corporate Customer business by creating long lasting, sustainable and profitable customer relationships, by providing a sparring partner approach with a thorough Industry expertise and by providing best practice banking services throughout the entire RBI Group and value chain.
The Corporate Customer Mid Office is looking for a sales oriented
**Professional Sales and Service Manager (f/m/x)**:to join our motivated, dynamic and multicultural team.
The Sales and Service Manager Professional is familiar with the work-flow process in RBI Group and subsidiaries, handles customer requests and daily business requests independently and acts as the well-accepted first contact person for customers.
**What you can expect**:
- Supporting Corporate Customers in daily business issues and solving problems arising during the ongoing customer relationship
- Managing own customer relations and direct contact with the customer
- Arranging customer onboardings and account openings in accordance with AML/Compliance (BCF) and WAG/MIFID requirements
- Identifying exceptional situations on customer accounts and reacting proactively, while aligning with Relationship Managers and Industry Leads /Department Heads
- Close cooperation with internal Matrix Partners (RSC, CDS, Cash Management, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, LC-/Guarantees Department)
- First point of contact for Data management and Data quality assurance
- Project Support and SPOC/Ambassador Responsibilities
- Training and mentoring Sales and Service Managers, Trainees, Interns, SSKs
**What you bring to the table**:
- Profound business education (HAK, HLW) or studies in Economics or related courses
- At least 2-3 years working experience in a sales position, relationship department or comparable position
- High customer service & solution orientation
- Native German with fluent English and any other language is highly appreciated
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
- Strong customer focus in order to understand the needs of our customers
- Resistance to stress and time pressure
- Able to work in an international team and shows high team spirit
- Proactive, solution-oriented personality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experienced in all kind of customer requests and can quickly react thereto
- Understanding of complex structures and products
- Being able to simplify/translate complex processes
