Your future job

Develop and execute long-term product strategies, launch products, and refine innovations with stakeholder alignment.

Create and enhance global marketing materials and communication plans.

Track market trends and competitor actions.

Collaborate with supply chain teams for smooth product delivery.

Showcase expertise at global congresses and events.

Foster connections with customers, KOLs, and sales partners.

Deliver impactful product training to teams and partners.

Your qualifications and skills

University degree in marketing, natural sciences or economics

Several years of professional experience in brand management, ideally in the field of medical technology, pharmaceuticals or aesthetic medicine

Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with a creative mindset

Excellent communication skills in German and English (other languages an advantage)

Organisational skills as well as a proactive and solution-oriented way of working

International experience and enjoy working in a multicultural environment

Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for direct dialogue with customers and partners worldwide

Your asset

Creativity: innovative spirit in the development of new approaches and solutions.

Experience in brand or product management, ideally in the medical or a comparable field, an advantage

Knowledge of aesthetic markets

We offer

Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week - the minimum gross salary according to the CA is EUR 58.199,96 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
