**Your role at RBI**:

- Business Analyst for our new General Ledger (SAP S4 HANA) & Financial Banking Products Sub Ledger (Aptitude)
- Support the implementation of a new Sub Ledger solution for Financial Banking Products and newly design their proper Accounting & Reporting reflection and Business Processes
- Support the designs of a new CoA together with Financial Banking Products-, Financial Accounting
- & Data Experts
- Analyze and document user requirements and business processes for GL & Financial Banking Products SL Innovations
- Support functional specification for IT development
- Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing and migration testing up to successful delivery of end-product
- Facilitate working group meetings with effective presentation materials and documentation, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and communicate to stakeholders and management
- Close cooperation across One Finance Streams (FS Banking, Group Data, Group Consolidation, Accounting Services, Controlling, etc.)

***Your core competencies**:

- University Degree in Business Administration/Economics, Banking & Finance, Business Information Technology or similar
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of accounting and / or accounting systems (GL and Financial Banking Products SL) and implementation in a Bank or the financial services industry
- Profound technical accounting background in a Bank or in the financial services industry
- Experience in working with accounting and reporting of complex financial banking products with good understanding of product lifecycles and associated accounting events
- Experience in Business Analysis (Accounting and Reporting) and Application Testing (accounting interpreter, sub ledger, general ledger and reporting tools) in a Bank or financial services industry
- Detail-oriented approach with problem solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong Excel & MS Office skills, programming skills are an advantage
