Do you have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive career experience in the luxury industry?

Are you team development and management oriented?

You have strong leadership & customer service skills

You used to work in a fast-paced retail boutique environment

You have excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal communication skills

You have a proactive approach to analysing business and human resource needs

Are you Client Experience, Service, and Client Omni-channel oriented?

You have excellent communication skills in German and English

Have you a flexible mind-set with the ability to embrace changes?

**What do we expect from you?**

We are looking for our Boutique Manager for the opening of our first boutique in Austria.

He/she will be responsible for the overall management of the Vienna boutique. He/she will report to the Retail Manager and will be responsible for effectively building and implementing local strategies and directing the team to further develop sales, CRM and client service within the boutique.

Recruitment July 23 for an opening October 23

Your main missions on daily basis will:

- Team Development and Management
- Client Experience, Service, and Client Omni-channel Journey
- Ambassadorial Role: Advising, Clienteling & Business Development aligned with Maison Identity

Also, the recruitment of the boutique team.
