You don't only calculate numbers, but a**ssess the plausibility behind the results** and derive recommendations for action? You are aware that financial data is lagging information and you can only **generate forward-looking insights that drive decision making**, if you combine that with **operational and market data as leading indicators**? Then we are eagerly waiting for you. **Your Mission** - You **support the monthly closing,** the preparation of the monthly reporting and the analysis of the results - You drive the **automation of our reporting,** and support commercial steering with the help of **BI dashboards**: - You work with us on **budgeting, forecasting and outlook **and take responsibility for various departments - As a **business partner, you are the first point of contact for "your" departments**, supporting them with your analyses and creating the basis for decision making by calculating business cases and developing new reports - You work closely with the team and with colleagues from all woom departments in AT & US to **gather the information and data we need in FP&A** **Your Skills** - You ideally have a **degree in finance or business administration** and put your professional focus on finance/controlling - You have **3+ years of professional experience in FP&A,** ideally in a manufacturing or retail including e-commerce - You enjoy working with large amounts of data and **love to bring structure to even the biggest chaos**: - You have a **good feeling for numbers **and the ability to scrutinize and assess results - You are **communicative and approach your colleagues openly**: - You have **Excel skills like a PRO** and already some experience with PowerBI - You enjoy working with B**I analysts and data scientists**: - You have a **"continuous improvement mindset" **and enjoy working on projects to drive digitalization in FP&A - You are able to work **accurately, independently and structured**, yet you are a team player who enjoys making complex analyses simple to better reach your audience - Very good knowledge of **German and English (at least B2)** **Who we are** Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world** **We are an **international, multicultural team** with more than **15 nationalities**. For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3,500 on a full-time basis**.
