As an international, fast-growing company, ZETA relies above all on its dedicated employees. **Project Coordinator (M/F/d) focus Japan**: - Location**:Lieboch / Wien / Lebring / Hallbergmoos / Lannach / Graz** - Employment**:Vollzeit** - Entry date**:As of now** Your tasks Responsible for maintaining and nurturing our relationships Supporting the sales team in acquiring and managing customers, including presentations and supporting contract negotiations Assisting and supporting projects in the areas of Freeze & Thaw, Magnetic Agitators,Automation and Process Simulaitons Reducing barriers through effective communication and mediation in Japanese between customers and our sales / project teams Traveling to our customers in Japan and participation during commissioning and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of process equipment and participating in international trade fairs and conferences Close collaboration with internal departments to meet the specific needs of our Japanese customers during sales and project execution phase Translating in sales/technical/commercial conversations **Profile**: Excellent communication skills in Japanese (native speaker preferred) and English, German language is an asset but not mandatory Ability to promote effective communication and encourage cross-cultural understanding Several years of experience in sales and project support, ideally in the areas of technical sales Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills Open to international travels - We offer - Free coffee- Events for employees- Flexible working hours- Occupational medicine- Free apples- our ZETA valuesThe minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 3,500 per month (38.5 hours/week).
