Controller (M/F/d) Polyolefins & Innovation

**About the role**

**Location**:Austria - Vienna, Austria - Linz**Hours**:Full-Time**Type of Contract**:Permanent- We rise to the challenge.We are currently looking for a Controller (M/F/d) for Polyolefins & Innovation. In this role you act as business partner and you contribute to the different financial processes with the main focus on continuous improvement. You interact with different stakeholders within the organisation in order to provide a solid basis for decision making, with the main focus of the supported Business Group.- Your tasks include:
- to execute and report standardized financial processes and assessing implications of decisions on selective areas of P&L with full fixed cost ownership, balance sheet and cash flow of the respective Business Groups and develop improvement proposals
- to drive internal and external audit processes for financials and fundings requirements.
- to analyze innovation projects and portfolio profitability.
- to process execution and selective contribution to process set-up & update, main focus is on continuous improvement
- to participate in improvement projects predominantly in the supported functional area and to provide evaluations and proposals to area of management
- to establish as reliable business partner for the different stakeholders when responding to requests
- to support functional strategy documents
- to drive the digitalisation agenda across Innovation and Tecnology

**About you**- Hold a Master Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or economics.
- Work experience in controlling, finance business partnering, consulting or similar business roles 4-8 years.
- Have a solid financial knowledge including data interpretation & validation performance management & controlling and forecasting & planning business modelling.
- Have a track record of managing projects in a dynamic change environment
- Big 4 audit experience is an advantage.
- Knowhow on programming languages and Power BI is an advantage
- Last but not least you can demonstrate your communication and presentation skills and you like to work in an international environment.
