Product Manager for Service Solution Management

Your Tasks- Address a business system analyst role, being responsible for collecting business requirements, implementing, and continuously improving service products with our service design technology stack
- Manage the backlog of process improvement through effective prioritization; work in partnership with key stakeholders and the respective channel product managers
- Assist in the development of new service products and strategies with the use of BPMN techniques and low coding technologies
- Contribute to the vision and roadmap for existing and new digital service products, including functionality, performance, results criteria, evolution, and lifecycle
- Improve communication, training and operational procedures within a business to increase efficiency and productivity
- Your Profile- Master's degree or higher degree (University, FH) or equivalent educational background in Service Design and Business Informatics or similar fields with no less than 5 years of practical experience in one of these fields
- Knowledge of computer programming skills (in backend and frontend, e.g., PHP, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, etc.), systems integration (REST-API), and proven experience with ERP, CRM, PIM, and Low Coding technologies systems is required
- Experience using service modeling tools like BPMN 2.0, service blueprint, etc., as well as practical experience with PRINCE 2 project management methods & tools like Jira, Confluence is desirable
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its quality standards is desirable
- Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements, focusing on entrepreneurial mindset, customer value, and the ability to translate the product strategy into business impact
