**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Building has never been so easy We as **General Contractor** take care of everything. Thanks to our holistic competences, we are a strong partner for the interior construction of your retail spaces. We complement our company sister companies Doka and umdasch Group Ventures as professionals in construction across all industries, taking care of the desires of our customers.

As a “Senior Technical Project Manager: Building Renovation” you will be a significant contributor to the new Umdasch growth strategy. You will be driving one of our key growth areas: renovation of buildings from conceptualization to go-to-market. A successful implementation of the project opens multiple career-opportunities within the launched new growth areas.

**Technical - Use case development**:

- Concretize building renovation use cases for potential go-to-market
- Gather critical insights from experts and test solutions early with potential customers
- Coordinate development and testing of minimum viable products (MVPs)

**Managerial - Ongoing project management**:

- Selection of project team, set-up of project organization and management of project
- Lead project team and manage external and internal senior stakeholders
- Establish and deepen working relationships with (potential) customers

**Commercial - Business case and go-to-market**:

- Conduct market attractiveness and competitor research
- Calculate business cases for concretized use cases and develop go-to-market strategy
- Create investor’s pitch documents and pitch to the top management

**Qualifikationen**:

- Technical studies or strong technical background (preferably construction, civil or mechanical engineering)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction building industry
- Active network in the field of building lifecycle management in Germany or Austria
- Strong affinity with digitization and understanding of the newest trends in construction
- Experience in thermal-energy renovation projects is an advantage
- Profound project management skills (commercial and technical)
- strategic and commercial acumen is an advantage (customer, market, business case, go-to-market plan, business model)
- Strong analytical and structural skills and proficient communicator (excellent command of English and German)
- Agile mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate
- Willingness to travel occasionally in central Europe (10-15%)
