Vie - Junior Business Analyst (M/w/d) - Austria

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role within the Europe Procurement team to transform the Indirect Procurement processes of today according to the European strategy, and create long term value for the company and our customers

**You will contribute to this mission by**:

- Supplier portfolio assessment and restructuring, including creation of new suppliers, spend migration inline with preferred supplier strategy and stopping supplier relations of non-strategic, non preferred suppliers.
- Supporting in a dedicated category group of indirect procurement (e.g. General Services and Supplies)
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders (e.g. internal, buyers, EU category managers)
- In doing the above, you will support also in contract management, catalogs database, RFQ process, negotiations, KPI tracking, and other ad hoc topics such as continuous improvement projects to improve the user experience of the procurement journey (e.g. by maintaining online catalogs, punch-outs and establishing user-friendly buying channels)

- Economical Background/Engineering
- Business School background
- Other: IT background (desirable) / Supply Chain /or Procurement

**Hard & Soft skills**:

- strong communication skills (verbal and writing)
- joy in development and design of agile processes meeting requirement of a global international corporation
- change management skills

**Work experience**:

- 0-1 years of work experience is nice to have

**Languages required**:

- English - mandatory
- German - nice to have

**Position based in Schwechat (Vienna), Austria for an initial period of 12 months, extendable once.
**The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. Becoming part of this program means going abroad to carry out a professional assignment for up to 24 months whilst benefiting from social care coverage and an interesting salary, which depends on the host country.
