Senior Manager Financial Controlling

In your new role you will:

- take the **o **wnership for all financial controlling related topics for Central Service Provider **(CSP) of Cluster 96 / IT
- **ensure proper forecasting and controlling **for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Headcount
- will be the contact/ **interface to directly report to the IFX Board, management team and external partners**:

- be responsible for the **consolidation of worldwide CSP figures **(expenses, invest and headcount)
- **c **oordinate the global CSP controlling team**:

- provide the worldwide **Financial Rolling Forecast **(P&L and Balance Sheet)
- be in charge for the **analyses of CSP financial development and results**:

- perform **f **inancial evaluations and analysis**:

- create and interpret **periodical financial reports**:

- establish **business case pre and post calculations **for IT projects
- **c **oach and challenge IT line heads **in all aspects of productivity increases and financial planning
- **perform continuous rolling forecasts **with IT line heads
- **monitor **continuously the **operational target achievement**:

- **i **dentify needs of action **and **derive recommendations **concerning financial development
- provide the **CSP management reporting incl. KPIs**:

- support **internal and external audits**:

- define **financial reporting structure**:

- drive **transparency of the CSPs**

You communicate openly, clearly and act as a visible model of what you expect from others. You ensure high quality by foresighted planning, understand root causes of potential problems and develop lasting solutions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- a **university degree or equivalent **preferably in **Economics, Business Administration or Engineerin **g **with advanced level of BA knowledge
- more than **10 years job experience **in various **Finance & Controlling function**:

- **expert know-how of finance tools **(S4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP BPC,Hyperion, MS Office)
- very good **knowledg **e **of **finance processes and controlling techniques**:

- strong **analytical skills**:

- very good **accounting knowledge **(US GAAP/ IFRS vs. HGB)
- deep knowledge of the **IFX organization, processes and its dependencie **s**
