**Your mission**:

- Manage and oversee the finance department, as well as financial operations, including payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting;
- Lead financial accounting and preparation of annual statements for 3 legal entities in collaboration with an external tax advisor;
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls, and lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations;
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks, regulations, and industry standards by reviewing contracts, agreements, and corporate policies to identify potential risks and ensure alignment with legal requirements;
- Provide oversight and support for legal operations, including contract management, compliance, and risk management;
- Manage shareholder
- and board relations, including monthly shareholder reporting;
- Analyse financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and support the leadership team in decision-making;
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Human Resources, Strategic Engagements, and Business Development, to support cross-functional initiatives.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD) preferred;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and/or legal roles, with demonstrated expertise in financial management and/or legal operations;
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results;
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and regulatory requirements, as well as the overall Austrian legal framework, especially tax
- and labour law regulations;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Knowledge of VBA programming language is desirable;
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
