Vice President

Are you passionate about driving the global energy transition towards a more electrified and sustainable future? Do you want to develop new innovation areas for the Product Line? As “Vice President & Product Line Head Chips & Discretes (f/m/div) *” you will take over global responsibility for our growing and leading Chips & Discretes portfolio in the business line Green Energy Control and you will maximize profitable growth in the given products and set up an organization to further scale the business. The position is based Villach (Austria or Munich (Germany). The international travelling will be up to 40%.

In your new role you will:

- Be an **engaging and inspiring business leade**r who drives the product line for and within Infineon and **develops product line (PL) leadership strategy**:

- **Drive and own the P&L**of the product line with multiple hundred million Euro revenues
- Define and execute the **PL product roadmap**, **Go-to-market strateg**y and ensure its execution in conjunction with Infineon sales, technology, operations organization
- Identify and develop **new markets, opportunities and innovation areas**for the Product Line
- Maintain long term strategic relationships to **lead customers and partners**:

- **Manage key stakeholders**such as R&D, Quality, Operations and Sales & Marketing
- Lead a **global multi-site team**of Product Marketing, Business Management & Technical Marketing specialists
- Be a pro-active member of the Green Energy Control Business Line management team and member of the extended management team of the GIP divisionPosition based in Villach (Austria) or Munich (Germany)

**Your Profile**

You commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole and you can inspire others and encourage them for the common goal. In addition, you know relevant markets and competitors and align the strategy of your area accordingly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Achieved **a**university degree in Electrical Engineering**or a **related technical field with MBA**or business degree as a plus
- **At least 10 years of relevant track record**in general management, P&L management, product marketing, marketing management in the semiconductor industry - power semiconductors industry as a plus
- Proven **ability to lead global teams**for a global Semiconductors business and develop team members individually and effectively
- **Influencing skills**that resonate with key customers and key technical community, the ability to create (buy-in for) priority for business topics in a multinational matrix organization
- **Willingness to take ownership and drive decisions pro-actively**and independently while assessing potential risk
- **Strong presentation capabilities**and ability to build interest and credibility with customers
- **Fluent English language skills.**German considered as a plus.
