Full-time - AT-Graz

**Ihre Arbeit als Filialleiter**:Als Assistent der Filialleitung bringen Sie unsere Philosophie in die Verkaufsräume. Vor allem aber schaffen Sie eine Atmosphäre, in der sich unsere Vertriebsspezialisten und Kunden wohlfühlen. Kurz gesagt, Sie sind die rechte Hand des Filialleiters, aber insgeheim viel mehr. Sie bilden das zentrale Duo und coachen die Kollegen zu Höchstleistungen. Außerdem sind Sie an den Tagen, an denen der Filialleiter abwesend ist, für die Filiale zuständig und tragen somit die Verantwortung.

Neben dem Coaching und der Leitung der Filiale sind Sie auch Teil des Verkaufsteams. Gemeinsam mit dem Team helfen Sie dem Kunden auf leicht zugängliche Weise, seine Wünsche im Bereich Motorradbekleidung und Ausrüstung zu erfüllen. Hier kommt Ihre Leidenschaft für das Motorradfahren und Ihre eigene Erfahrung zum Tragen. Unsere Geschäfte sind für den großen Erfolg und schnellem Wachstum in der Motorradbranche bekannt. Natürlich wollen wir das auch weiterhin und dazu benötigen wir Ihre Hilfe.

**Ihre Aufgaben als Assistent der Filialleitung***:

- Erreichen von Zielen
- Öffnen und Schließen der Filiale und der Registrierkassen
- Korrekte Eingabe von Zahlen und Daten in das Personalsystem
- Sicherstellung eines hohen Levels bei Wissen & Service
- Für ein positives Einkaufserlebnis der Kunden sorgen
- Die richtigen Prioritäten setzen
- Sicherstellung des Wohlbefindens der Mitarbeiter
- Lösen von Problemen, die auftreten können
- Sicherheit des Ladens gewährleisten
- Für eine guten Atmosphäre und gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen der Zentrale sorgen
- Erkennen von Verbraucherentwicklungen und Trends
- Rationalisierung des Workflows durch effizientes Arbeiten
- Planen, Organisieren und Steuern von Aktivitäten
- Aufrechterhaltung des bestmöglichen Ladenbildes in Bezug auf das Angebot, aber auch die Sauberkeit
- Filialmitarbeiter managen & den Überblick behalten

**Was wir von Ihnen verlangen**:

- Sie haben eine entsprechende Schul
- oder Berufsausbildung und ein entsprechendes Denk
- und Arbeitsniveau
- Keine 9 to 6 Mentalität
- Akkurates Arbeiten liegt in Ihrer Natur
- Motorradfahren ist Ihre Leidenschaft
- Eine abgeschlossene Management
- oder Coaching-Ausbildung ist von Vorteil
- Mindestens 1 Jahr relevante Führungserfahrung vorzugsweise im Einzelhandel
