You’ll get to work in a truly global environment, with more than 30 nationalities speaking more than 15 languages.

We are searching for a talented and motivated event coordinator/manager to organise outstanding and unforgettable events. You will be responsible for designing and implementing an event strategy aimed at bringing value to the business from commercial and brand perspectives.

What you'll do

**Strategy & planning**:

- Liaise with stakeholders across the company to develop and own a cross regional calendar for attending/sponsoring external and internal events
- Identify the internal stakeholder’s objectives and requirements for each event and ensure they are fully supported to achieve maximum results
- Manage a yearly budget envelope for events

**Execution**:

- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
- Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers
- Own internal and external communication actions related to events to create awareness and engagement

**Post-execution**:

- Develop and implement an event assessment process with relevant KPIs

You could be a good fit if...
- You have 3-5 years’ experience in event coordination
- You are well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- You have vendor management skills, including negotiation skills
- You possess communication and interpersonal skills
