WHO YOU ARE
- You bring several years of digital marketing, content creation and copywriting experience to the table
- You are familiar with omni channel marketing and online customer behavior or buying processes
- You have deep knowledge of marketing communications and the creative as well as editorial process behind the scenes
- You understand the relationship between content writing and SEO as well as the dynamic creation of content
- You have strong creative writing and editing skills, as well as digital content creation skills and graphics know how, especially in social media channels
- You feel at home in the home furnishings environment and are passionate about the IKEA concept
- You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to lead team, peers and stakeholders while in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice
- You manage to follow your set goals and are motivated to constantly develop yourself further.
- fluent in both English and German.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Online Content Leader, you will report to the Marketing Communications Manager. You will be responsible for creating high quality and relevant content on IKEA's digital channels and leading the Online Content Team. Strengthening the IKEA brand and increase online visits, engagement, and conversion is paramount.

You will:

- You will be responsible for leading the Online Content Team, managing the process of the Marketing Content for all digital channels and platforms, ensuring that communication meets the brief and is consistent with tone of voice and brand identity.
- You ensure consistency of content and messaging across all relevant channels
- You will be responsible for Online Content strategy, planning, creating, and coordinating customer segmentations as well as the brand and commercial communication content part of the Business Plan
- You will manage copy-writing and editorial needs for Marketing to deliver Marketing Communication plan
- You create simple graphics as well as short video content for digital channels
- You will be responsible to review content assets, create pages and publish in owned digital channels
- You take care of continuous optimization of content, editorial process, and its efficiency
- You will constantly create new content based on local needs
- You actively participate in promoting an open and inclusive climate and are a role model for IKEA values.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 3400 (on fulltime base with an ALL-IN contractual agreement). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification.
