What You Will Achieve
You will help Pfizer as a customer service representative, responding to internal and external inquiries through telephone, internet, and correspondence. Your strong communication skills and knowledge of company products and customer service processes will help you in acting as a liaison for customers. Your will maintain database records of customer profiles and prepare status reports.
As part of the business support team, you are recognized as an advisor to other colleagues in your group due to your comprehensive knowledge and skills in your area and understanding of the larger organization. You are innovative in identifying solutions to problems by taking a broader perspective that benefits the organization. You encourage collaboration and communication within the team and across groups to influence desired outcomes. You train others and provide guidance to the team that helps us achieve our goal of providing the best healthcare to our patients.

How You Will Achieve It
- Manage own time for achieving targets and prioritize work flows.
- Interact with customers to supply critical information, project updates, and batch record information.
- Develop, revise, route and track critical documents for approval, such as Information Sheets, Quality Issuance Guidelines, master product code information tables that control key batch record information.
- Assist third party customers throughout the plant for observation of manufacturing and packaging processes for their product, may include preparing required documentation.
- Coordinate and perform receipt, storage and release of critical raw materials and bulk solutions.
- Prepare samples, finished product, materials, and equipment for shipment.
- Communicate with all plant departments to ensure final product packaging, material and labor planning needs for contract manufacturing products, and critical analytical product requirements are met.
- Coordinate and represent your team at meetings and task forces for critical multi-discipline projects that affect the department.
- Ensure review completion and copying of batch records for delivery to customer which is required for product release.
- Coordinate all activities to ensure any missing information is corrected and delivered to Batch Release for timely release of all batches scheduled for shipment.
**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- High School Diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, supporting internal and external customers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated telephone skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Lean six sigma certification.
- Knowledge of specified business processes.
The salary depends on education, training and expert knowledge as well as previous experience but will at least amount to EUR 47.000 gross p.a. on a fulltime base.
