Who you are
- Logistics is your passion and you are fascinated by a fast paced environment. You see logistics from the perspective of our customers: as a living service.
- You are an experienced manager, ideally in the field of logistics and supply chain.
- You have several years of leadership experience and know how to inspire and motivate a team.
- You are able to set budgets and targets and implement actions. With your leadership experience, you can initiate and steer change processes.
- You have very good German, English and MS Office skills.
- You have an analytical mind and are good with numbers and processes.
- Communication is your strength. Whether you communicate with the team or with your interfaces in the store - you always find the right tone.

**Your responsibilities**

As Logistics Manager, you are part of the Management Team of your store and actively participate in drawing up the store's business plan and your department action plan based on global & national priorities as well as market needs.
- You manage the entire logistics processes in the Store - from ordering to stock controlling. You ensure that the budget planning for logistics is prepared and adhered to.
- Together with your colleagues in goods flow processes, you ensure the availability of products by a good cooperation with the stakeholders in our fulfilment network (CDC, Stores, Service Office)
- The balance between profit orientation and efficiency is teamwork. To achieve this, you work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments. Together with the other departments in the Store, satisfied customers are your most important goal.
- The KPIs relevant to logistics serve as a guideline for managing your department.
- You support your team with your knowledge and are responsible for growth and further education. You provide the most important impulses for the further development of your team.
- When things get tight, you are there for your employees and lend a hand yourself.

Georg and his team of 5 department heads need support. Together you are responsible for the IKEA Vösendorf store. Like all IKEA employees, you work together to create a great shopping experience for our customers.

For legal reasons, we are obliged to state a minimum salary. For this full-time position, we offer a MINIMUM monthly salary of € 4,000 gross. If you are suitable, we are prepared to pay significantly more with an all-in agreement, depending on experience and qualifications.
