**What you will enjoy doing**:

- Ownership and active lead of technical relationship with assigned Customers
- Single Point of Contact for our customers regarding technical questions
- Strong support of Sales in acquiring new business
- Preparation of optimized Technical proposals for Sales/Customer
- Ensure highest level of technical integrity of sold projects
- Contribution to Innovation Management and Business Development by sharing Trends and Consumer insights from Key Customers
- Global overview of customer projects
- Represent the ALPLA HQ in high level tech meetings with the customer
- Regular communication with ALPLA Technical Centers and functional interfaces
- Trouble shooting contact and escalation path for all regions for the customer

**What makes you great**:

- Completed technical education in combination with experience in plastics
- Solid experience in leading packaging developments, preferable in rigid plastic packaging
- Preferable already experience as Technical Key Account Manager
- High Sales affinity combined with entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical and co-ordination skills, self-organizing skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- High grade of flexibility and stress resistance
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, French would be an advantage
