**Your responsibilities at waterdrop**:

- As a Retail Sales and Service Trainer (M/F/d), you will deliver and facilitate one-to-one, classroom, and in-store training sessions to our retail teams.
- You will provide valuable recommendations to address business training needs.
- Monitor both training and business KPIs to identify opportunities for improving sales and performance.
- Utilize your coaching skills to inspire behavior change and enhance the team's performance.
- Your selling expertise will be instrumental in training retail teams to improve customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver relevant and engaging training.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate on defining training priorities.
- Lead effective communication and change management efforts related to Business Training processes and Retail evolution.
- Embrace digital learning methods to ensure training effectiveness and innovation.
- Your role may require occasional travel within Europe and some global locations.

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the retail industry.
- Previous background in training and development roles will be highly valued.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for effectively delivering training.
- Knowledge of adult learning techniques will help create engaging training experiences.
- An analytical mindset and project management skills will contribute to your success in this role.
- Fluency in both English and German is required, and knowledge of other languages would be appreciated.
- Your passion for continuous learning and personal growth will be an asset to our team.
- As a team player, your cultural sensitivity will foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
