Reporting to the Head of Indirect Procurement & Services, your responsibility will be to drive the management of selected indirect categories.

In alignment with our company goals, you'll support, manage and optimize the acquisition of indirect goods and services as part of the source to contract process. With a focus on driving cost optimization, effective management of our key suppliers and risks, you'll strive to achieve further efficiency and effectiveness gains. In addition, you'll help to enhance our procurement support to other indirect categories and departments.

**STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT**

Acting as a “Business Partner” for our HQ departments you'll support different internal stakeholders with your procurement expertise. In this dynamic and varied role you'll be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities within different spend categories, conducting thorough data analysis, planning and executing sourcing initiatives as well as spareheading negotiations to secure favorable contracts, terms, and conditions for our organization. Your experiences in supplier management will help to ensure the long-term success of our partnerships. Equally important will be your ability to foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

**INDIRECT PROCUREMENT CATEGORIES**

Joining our headquarters' Indirect Procurement team your initial focus will be to collaborate with the team responsible for Fleet, Business Travel, Mobile Communication and other categories and help to develop strategies and actions to optimize our spend. Over time, you'll broaden your expertise by exploring further categories supporting internal stakeholders in evaluating business cases, conducting market research as well as in planning short to long-term sourcing events. This role offers a dynamic pathway for professional growth, allowing you to become an invaluable asset to our procurement activities.

**SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT**

As in integral part of your procurement responsibilities, you'll help and be involved in evaluating vendors with a special focus on performance, value for the business, sustainability, and risk. In this role you'll develop processes to ensure key supplier relationships are managed and work with internal departments for a close alignment and view on vendors and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).

**BUSINESS PARTNERING**

As part of this role you'll maintain regular communications with internal stakeholders to support optimizing budget spend and align on procurement approaches. Collaborating with other supporting departments, such as finance, legal, and operations will also be part of your responsibility as well as implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Establishing management reporting on planned and running procurement initiatives and results will also be key.

**Qualifications**:
University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar

3+ years of experience in the field of Indirect Procurement

Proven experience in sourcing, procurement systems and very good knowledge in source to contract processes

Strong communicator with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders on different levels

Analytical mind with the attention to detail. Project Management skills of strong advantage

English fluent, German is an advantage

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.367,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
