**British American Tobacco Austria has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Activation Executive (m/w/d) in Vienna**

You will be responsible for an excellent execution of assigned projects and implementation of campaign materials in retail and media, and will contribute to the development of the consumer engagement strategy in the retail environment and offline media.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Supports Campaign planning executive in execution of Annual Austrian multi-category Cycle Plan in assigned category or channel.
- Develops marketing and POS materials for retail communication touchpoints according to agreed plan and timing.
- Executes implementation of out of store (OOH and Print) campaigns according to agreed plan and timing on assigned category or channel.
- Collaborates with external suppliers and agencies to brief them and follow up POS and media materials production.
- Collaborates with trade, field and category teams to ensure flawless execution of assigned projects.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree with a focus on Marketing.
- Fluent in English and German
- Structured and organized with excellent communication skills (oral & written).
- A great team player who is eager to learn and possess can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset to contribute to process and ways of working improvement.
- Good knowledge of MS office tools (esp. PowerPoint and Excel).
