We are hiring **100% Remote Sales Agents** to engage and drive customer conversions for **subscription-based digital creators**.

This role is ideal for **adaptable, sales-driven individuals who excel at persuasive communication, audience engagement, and strategic selling.**

**1. The Role**

**Your Mission**

Increase revenue by fostering trust and engagement through **strategic audience interactions**. You will represent digital creators, build strong relationships, and drive sales through tailored conversations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Upselling**: Promote premium content and exclusive offers through personalized interactions.
- **Audience Engagement**: Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- **Adaptability**: Adjust communication style to match customer preferences for a seamless experience.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze customer behavior to refine strategies and maximize results.

**Compensation & Success Metrics**
- **Revenue Per Shift**:A strong performer sells at least USD 500 per shift.
- **Performance Goals**: Maintain a 50%+ conversion rate and response times under **5 minutes**.

**Must-Have Skills**
