The People Services department leads the development of Industry leading people strategies. It is a future-oriented function with a focus on attraction and engagement of the best talent to drive growth and innovation in the world of sports and technology.

We are looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist (Recruiting) to join the Sportradar People Systems & Operations team as we rollout Workday to the global business. The People function is currently working on an exciting range of projects to enable the business to scale, reporting to the Head of People Systems and Operations, this role will be at the centre of making these changes efficient and user friendly.

This individual must have strong Workday skills, previous project management experience and have the ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently. Strong relationship building skills are required to work successfully with other groups across Sportradar.

THE CHALLENGE:

- Responsible to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, to implement solutions and to coordinate & lead activities related to project work plans.
- Own configuration for assigned areas (Recruiting, HCM), while providing advice and supporting the team across all configuration areas (Performance, Security, Compensation).
- Provides 2nd level support to recruiters, People Partners, and managers. Ensures an excellent stakeholder experience by troubleshooting problems and resolving errors quickly and efficiently.
- Proactively proposes improvements, researches new enhancements and opportunities on a regular basis through Workday Community.
- Supports semi annual releases for assigned areas
- Develops and executes test plans to ensure system is operating to specifications.
- Ensures data quality and integrity by performing regular maintenance and system audits.
- Maintains organization foundation data in the Workday including, department and location data, position management, compensation administration data, performance management data, etc.
- Maintains HRIS systems by maintaining data integrity; identifying, researching, and analysing problems; implementing improvements; updating training manuals, user guides

YOUR PROFILE:

- Experienced in Workday Recruiting and HCM configuration. Performance, Advanced Comp, Security, and Reporting experience are a beneficial.- A team player with excellent organization, prioritisation, project and time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic organisation which is undergoing transformational change.
- Experience supporting and partnering with diverse and globally dispersed stakeholders and team members.
