**Your tasks**:
As our Employer Branding Specialist, you will brand an incremental role and bridge between the HR and marketing department. The role will have a focus on the below objectives.
- Define a clear strategy for the employer brand of GoStudent
- Point of intersection between HR and the marketing team
- Analyse and gain new insights about our employer brand in all markets, target groups and follow the latest trends
- Handling Reviews on our employer Branding platforms (Glassdoor & Kununu)
- Organisation and Promotion of the GoStudent Board the Rocket Career Event
- Revise our GoStudent Career Page
- Creating templates for Social Media posts (private profiles for HR employees) and prepare posts for the Social Media Team to push HR Content externally.
- Coming up with fresh ideas to make GoStudent the #1 employer brand in the world and employer of choice for all talents

**Who you are**:

- Employer branding is in your blood, you enjoy identifying different ways of raising our company profile through your creativity and passion for the brand
- You are excited about being part of a fast-growing company that’s trying to make a positive influence in the world through education, and you want to bring on the best talent who also have the same motivation drivers.
- You will ideally have a university degree in HR, or a similar field.
- You will ideally have worked on numerous Employer Branding projects within a fun and innovative environment.
- You have extreme attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
- You are a driven and ambitious individual who’s looking to continue to build their career at a high-performing company.
- Naturally personable, great communicator who has a passion for their work and the people they work with.
