You are a night owl with a passion for hospitality? You are not afraid to be the first point of contact at an iconic hotel with your sparkling personality? Then this could be your chance; we are looking for a _**_Night Auditor_**_ at _**_Max Brown 7th District_**

As a Night Auditor, you are responsible for all activities of the reception such as ensuring accurate services to our guest's and taking care of the night audit (completing administrative reports of the current day and preparing reports for the next day). Besides you pamper our guests, who can’t sleep, by selling snacks from our shops. Furthermore, you ensure the safety in and around the hotel.

**Responsibilities**
- You will become a member of the Max Brown Front Office Team
- You will be responsible for the front office tasks during the night.
- You will carry out the check-in/check-out of our guests at late hours.
- You will operate the nightly switchboard and take reservation requests.
- You will take responsibility for cashiering in accordance with the Credit Policy.
- You contribute to an effective and efficient operational process.
- You ensure an active communication flow between all departments of the hotel.
- You will provide our guests with directions and information about Vienna's secrets.
- You have professional experience in the front office and ideally knowledge of Shiji
- You see yourself as a host, warmly welcome our guests arriving in the evening and deal with them in an open and charming manner.
- You have the highest standards of quality and service, work independently and are a wholehearted host.
- Furthermore, you are a team player, reliable and flexible.
- You have very good communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written

The minimum monthly gross salary according to the collective agreement for this position is € 1.853;
