As a Senior Operation HRBP, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the people operations of our main Airline production and distribution unit located in Vienna and directly at the Vienna Airport, as well as the Catering/Wash location in Vienna. You will collaborate closely with department heads and managers, offering strategic HR guidance to help them effectively manage their teams and achieve their objectives. In this important role, you will be part of the Austrian HR team with a direct report to the Head of HR for Austria. - Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring a seamless transition from the first contact to exit interviews. - Provide employees with the necessary equipment and resources they need to excel in their roles. - Oversee further education and training initiatives to foster professional growth. - Coach and support the HR staff, helping them reach their full potential. - Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and needs, promoting a positive work environment. - Collaborate with department heads and site management to address operational needs. - Implement effective staff planning structures, including flexible working time models and succession planning. - Manage and execute various operational projects at our locations. **Qualifications**: - **We are looking for someone who...** - ** Several years of professional experience in an HR department in gastronomy**, the hotel industry, production, or a branch organization, or in an operational department with significant employee contact. - You are a **stress-resistant problem-solving HR professional** with **good prioritisation skills**: - Experience in implementing **various HR projects**, such as recruiting, HR controlling, learning and development, and process management. - Good **knowledge of Austrian labour law, payroll accounting skills**: - You are a **proactive, service-oriented personality** who likes to work in a team. - You work in a **solution-oriented and structured manner** and bring a strong "hands-on" mentality with you. - ** Excellent German and English skills**, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
