Group Data Analyst

To structure our data-driven transformation and enable informed decision-making at the executive level, we are looking for an experienced Group Data Analyst. In this key role, you will combine strategic thinking with analytical depth and help us shape LOISIUM’s sustainable future through actionable data insights.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Extract, model, and analyze complex data sets from various systems: PMS, POS, CRM, booking engines, channel managers, F&B tools, HR platforms, etc.;
- Design and automate monthly and weekly performance dashboards, with drill-down capabilities across hotel and department level (rooms, F&B, spa, MICE, etc.);
- Break down key metrics (RevPAR, GOP, guest journey, ancillary revenue, upsell, etc.) by channel, source, segment, date, and seasonality;
- Integrate CRM and booking data to map customer journeys and design advanced segmentation strategies (RFM, churn, behavior, preferences);
- Partner with marketing teams on targeted campaigns and performance analysis;
- Track KPIs such as conversion, repeat rate, lifetime value, and satisfaction scores;
- Work closely with operational teams, revenue managers, finance, and F&B leaders to co-build actionable tools;
- Define and share data usage standards across hotels and business units;
- Conduct training to help teams interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Define and implement robust data governance frameworks with the CEO and key stakeholders (access, roles, compliance with GDPR);
- Monitor data consistency and proactively resolve discrepancies (alerts, cross-checks, audits);
- Ensure seamless data flows between platforms (API, ETL pipelines, SQL queries, advanced Excel connectors).

**Your Profile**
- Several years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, ideally in hospitality, F&B, retail, or e-commerce;
- Strong expertise in data visualization and analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
- Solid command of SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and advanced Excel skills;
- Familiarity with Python or R is a strong plus;
- Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams;
- Highly autonomous, hands-on, and comfortable reporting directly to C-level executives;
- Fluent in English and French;
