We are looking for a SOX and Risk Management Expert who will be responsible to review relevant SOX controls, policies, and procedures per the official and company standards. Moreover, you will be responsible for validating remediation activities and projects in place to address regulatory gaps and to minimize the company deficiencies. **Your new job** - ou help all A1 Tower Companies to set up the SOX ICS Framework and Standards, including the methodology. - You coordinate management testing across A1 Towers Group. - You support assessing open deficiencies, tracking deficiencies, and reporting deficiencies to the majority shareholder. - You contribute to the execution of all PLC controls for Processes outside the scope of GBS for all A1 TowerCo. - You participate in the management assessment and support to explain deficiencies and remediation possibilities. - You support preparing presentations of internal findings. - You define & harmonize the Risk Control Matrix of A1 Towers. - You organize best practice sharing between all A1 Tower Companies. **What you offer** - Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics. MBA preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a SOX background. - Any additional certifications & licenses will be considered beneficial for the job. - Full proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Data analysis skills and the ability to propose straightforward solutions. - High-level communication skills to drive improvement and enhancement of company standards. - Critical thinker who can analyze complex information. - Strong organizational skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Organizational and decision-making skills. - Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. - A positive attitude and solution oriented. - You are fluent in the English language. **That makes you unique** - Drive and the willingness to "move mountains." **What we offer** We build on our expertise with constant learning, offer an open environment for every individual and provide flexible working time and office arrangements.
