Für unsere österreichische Vertriebsorganisation am Standort Wien suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n motivierte*n und engagierte*n **Leader Finance, Austria (m/w/d)**. In dieser Rolle stimmen Sie sich in fachlicher Hinsicht direkt mit dem CFO Central Europe ab und berichten disziplinarisch an den Geschäftsführer in Österreich.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Eigenständige Betreuung des kaufmännischen Bereichs Controlling
- Erstellung und Einhaltung des Planbudgets
- Erstellung des monatlichen Reporting Packages sowie Forecasts
- Erarbeitung und Durchsetzung von Kostenzielen
- Aktives Cashflow
- und Risikomanagement
- Laufende Erstellung von Analysen und Reports
- Zielgerechte Mitarbeit an Monatsabschlüssen sowie Jahresabschlüssen in enger Abstimmung mit der lokalen Buchhaltung
- Gewährleistung und Sicherstellung von Rechnungslegungsstandards
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung / Kommunikation mit dem CFO Central Europe und den zuständigen Kollegen in Österreich sowie Reportings an das zentrale Controlling
- Regelmäßiger Kontakt zu Behörden und Banken

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position - idealerweise im österreichischen Markt
- Selbstständige, ziel
- und ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Vorgehensweise
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit zur Kooperation mit unterschiedlichen Bereichen, Regionen und Persönlichkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Anwendungen sowie SAP R3 und SAP BW

Die ausgeschriebene Position ist mit einem Jahresbruttogehalt von 70.000 € dotiert. Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
