You love technology and working on new products with customers. You are able to learn quickly and are passionate about the future of e-mobility. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to get in contact with different teams around the world and build a network.

In your new role you will:

- Work with our **product marketing and management team**to drive the creation, market introduction and lifecycle of leading edge **automotive magnetic sensors**:

- **Spend 4 - 8 months**for an **i**nternational assignment**either in Asia or the United States to familiarize with the different areas of our global, interdisciplinary team of experts (i.e. sales, regional marketing, technical support, etc.) and build your own network. You will also have your first customer contacts
- While working in the product marketing area, conduct **market, customer and competitor analysis**to develop our strategic product roadmap, support the definition of a new magnetic sensor and work with the R&D department for its development
- While working in the product management area, **drive the market introduction**of a product, **defining the related**pricing**and **go-to-market strategy**.**You will also take care of product volume forecasts for our production capacity planning to match the market demand and grow profitable revenues
- **Be**engaged**in the **whole product creation cycle**from product idea, through specification definition, business case preparation, tracking of project activities, and generation of Go-to-Market collaterals and plans
- Be the **product**marketing representative**in cross-functional project teams to understand customer requirements, product features and values and to meet customer’s and Infineon’s business needs
- Be part of a **global interdisciplinary expert team**consisting of technical / product marketing, product development, quality, finance, sales and regional marketing

Joining the **IGP**will give you the big picture of Infineon: Over the course of **18 months**, you have at least three different assignments - one of them abroad. From the beginning, you’ll have a chance to roll up your sleeves and take on demanding tasks. Besides that, you have the opportunity to build technical skills (learn from our global expert network), establish strong global relationships across sites, functions and departments, and to meet the global IGP community face to face and at virtual conferences. And if that isn’t enough, you’ll have permanent employee status from the start. Within the different assignments, projects and classroom trainings you will build many of the strengths we rely on from leaders in our organizations.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree**in **E**ngineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Industrial Engineering**with knowledge in **Business Administration/Marketing**or a degree in **Business Administration**with appropriate **technical know-how**:

- Already gained some **practical experience**in **product marketing, technical marketing**or **sales**e.g. through internships during your studies
- Ideally gained a **first working experience abroad**:

- A **methodological and analytical mindset**and the ability to **understand, summarize and present**technical and commercial topics.**You are self-driven and can **drive complex activities staying focused on achieving commercial success**:

- An **affinity for technology**and **willingness to travel**to customers
- **Fluent in English**with **good communication and presentation skills**and **German**as a plus
