This Position reports to:
Product Owner

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**

Independently managing development projects from conception to production, including planning resources, time, and costs within project management, is essential. Utilizing both agile and classical methods ensures optimal team efficiency, while leading and coordinating the project team fosters seamless collaboration. Close cooperation with internal departments, as well as external contacts, further supports successful project execution.

Furthermore:

- Act as an interface to product management and sales.
- Monitor project progress and ensure goal alignment.
- Improve internal processes towards greater agility (Scrum, Kanban).
- Maintain project documentation and provide reports.

**What it takes to Run what runs the world**
- Completed technical education (HTL with several years of professional experience or FH/Uni)
- High interest in organizational activities and high degree of quality awareness
- Strong team orientation and excellent communication skills
- Independent, systematic way of working with a high level of initiative
- Confident appearance towards external contacts
- Willingness to learn and team spirit and enthusiasm for innovative system solutions
- Very good German and good English skills

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 4.341,85 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
