**Job Description**:
**We are looking for a **Influencer Marketing Management Executive, W/M** to**:

- Act as the face of the sport in the country, responsible for developing the influencer activation plan to accelerate sell-through and implement brand strategies by coordinating a team of external brand ambassadors.
- The role’s primary focus is to build a vibrant ambassador community, which drives consumer-facing events such as community activities, demos, clinics, sports events and partnerships

**You will work in close collaboration with our Country Marketing Manager, Marketing peers, Local sales, Global experts & Brand departments.**

**You will report directly to the Country Marketing Manager.**

**Main Activities**:

- Coordinate the influencers community on a daily basis (key contact person, coordinate all the AMB trainings, foster contact to AMB and visit them regularly).
- Be the Face of the Brand towards influencers, partners, events, federations, and the various national sports authorities and stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnerships with external organizers and brands (co-branding program).
- Implement the consumer / influencer / grassroots strategies & programs of the brand/sport.
- Lead the local grassroots program (athlete detection & management, events, partnerships, ).
- Coordinate the community of brand ambassadors by implementing consumer-facing events program and on-field presence if required during tier 1 activities (i.e. own sponsored events, events with PP, etc.).
- Create, activate, and grow influencers community in Epicenters.
- Coordinate social media and content creation (in coordination with the EMEA digital team) thru ambassadors within their sport.
- Active part of the IMM / Ambassador community, sharing and using best practices.
- Feedback HQ team to ensure the quality of the Salomon toolbox delivery.
- Ensure the quality of the implementation of the toolbox by influencers/ ambassadors.
- Ensure cooperation with consumer activation in line with our D2C Retail team.
- Ensure feedback and close collaboration with Marketing Team, Salomon Brand and Salomon Global Sports & Community Marketing.
- Ensure cooperation with Area Sales managers, Key Account managers and Market Leader to support customers with contents from community.
- Track and analyze sports & influencer marketing KPIs.
- Manage assigned A&P budget.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Needed Work Experience**:

- 4+ years’ experience in the specific sports community or overall Marketing environment, strong background of the consumer & influencing area.
- Network: connected with sport & community, Sport specific Events, Athletes, Clubs, Coaches, Federation, Programs, etc.
- ** Education**:

- Degree in Marketing or similar relevant field is beneficial.
- Sport Expert & Enthusiast, sport participant at experienced level (in his/ her sports).
- Driving License.
- ** Specific Skills**:

- External vendors management; planning, direction and evaluation of events.
- Excellent understanding of social media landscape, digital savvy, able to manage and coordinate social media activities.
- Compliance capability** **with setting up ambassador structure, issuing contracts, setting up events respecting and aligning processes/ activities with local regulations, formats and frameworks, able to transfer theoretical frameworks/ legal concepts to situations.
- Strong involvement in the sport & its communities, long-time understanding of the core scene.
- Project management: track record in managing network of local counterparts, strong analytics, budget definition, planning, follow-up & win-win negotiations.
- Planning, direction and evaluation of events.
- Vendor management.
